We as a place of learning
Our facility enables interns in social professions to complete their practical training with us and has four educators who are trained as practical instructors. Trainees, interns, and students are guided here in acquiring the necessary professional and personal skills.
Goals of practical training
Professionals in training need basic, specialized instruction for their work in the daycare center. The aim is to responsibly guide students in acquiring the necessary personal and professional skills in dealing with the practical field of daycare and to convey professional quality standards at an early stage.
Training opportunities
- Joint creation of an individual training plan
- Maintaining a practical portfolio with relevant documentation
- Opportunity to participate in further training
- Reflection and discussion of observations and pedagogical actions
- Participation in the planning and organization of parent events, parties/celebrations, highlights, and projects
- Submission of own proposals and planning preparations in the daily routine
- Insight into the management of the development portfolios of individual children
